Simply fill in your details on the registration form and choose from one of our 3 accounts.

To ensure the best experience once you have created an account please go to the settings dashboard and fill in your store information, payout information, location and enable live chat to use our instant messaging.

 

To list a product log in to your account and go to your dashboard . Click on the button to add a product and fill in the form . Make sure to select the right category for your product and select publish when you’re finished. 

It is free to add your product , commission will be charged when your item is sold . 

Commission is charged at 10% for a free and premium account and 5% for a premium extra account. 

Simply log into your account and go to your dashboard. Here click on the add horse button at the top of the dashboard. 

Fill in the form and select to publish your advert .

Your first horse/pony advert per year will cost just £5 and subsequent adverts are charged at £15. If you are a premium extra account holder you will receive a 10% discount on all horse and pony adverts . 

Log in to your account and go to you dashboard. Click on the highlighted button to add business. Then select add business directory. 

Fill in the information about your business and save your advert. Then select how long you would like your advert to be displayed for. 

Business directory adverts cost £10 per month , £25 for 3 months , £40 for 6 months , £80 for a year . 
Premium extra accounts receive 50% discount on all business directory adverts . 

Click on the image box and select the files you wish to upload to your media library. Once here you can select which image to choose for your featured image and as other gallery images. 
The amount of photos you add depends on which account you have. 

Before you cancel, please do get in touch with us and we can see why you would like to cancel and if there is anything that we can do for you.

You can cancel or upgrade your membership at any time by visiting your dashboard and then clicking on subscription settings. If you are unable to, please send us an email at info@tackroomtrading.co.uk

Once the seller has posted the item they then add the postage info/tracking number to the order and change the order status to completed. You will be notified once this is done.

Once you have sold an item pack the item securely and post to the address provided . 
Add the postage info/tracking to the order form and mark the order as completed . 

If you have sold an item, posted it and added the tracking information you can then change the order status to completed. 

Once these actions have been done you can request to withdraw your funds. Funds over £500 will take a little longer to reach your account to ensure there are no problems with the transaction . At Tack Room Trading we want to offer protection to both the seller and the buyer. 
All other transactions will usually take no more than 48hours for the funds to be released . 


Please ensure correct PayPal details are associated with your account to ensure a quick payout. 

 

If you haven’t received your item , it is faulty or if you have any other problems in the first instance we ask you to get in touch with the buyer or seller to arrange a solution . Buyers and sellers  will be protected by policies governed by the laws of the U.K.

A free account will allow to buy and sell freely on the website, if you’re not listing many items then this is the account for you , you can add 2 photos per listing and you will receive no discounts or offers . 

A premium account still allows you to have the same access as a free account but for just £10 a year you can add 5 photos to your advert , you would receive offers and you can add 1 listing to our featured ads for free . This account would suit you if you don’t intend to sell much but you want a but extra when you do . 

Our premium extra account is the account that offers the most discounts and offers. If you plan on adding multiple adverts then this account will save you money whilst giving you tons of extra features. 12 photos on each listing, 10 listings displayed in featured listings, 10% discount on horse adverts , 50% off business adverts and commission reduced on all marketplace sales . All for just £45 for the year.
